This year, we decided to plant seeds in pots and try our hand at gardening. Once they grow into seedlings, we would like plant them in the school garden to increase the green space around our school. This is one way that we help to make the environment greener and more beautiful. We hope that these will grow into flowering plants to help add some colour to our school gardens.

Our recycling program has been a great success and we are making sure that we reduce the amount of waste going to the landfill. We reuse paper and recycle it when we´ve used both sides. Our school-wide litterless lunch program is also very successful. Students bring their lunches in reusable containers and that also helps to reduce the amount of waste going to the landfill.
