These forms help us keep track of all the amazing youth environmental education that happens through ecoMentors. They also help us gain feedback on how we are doing. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns – contact us at ecomentors@earthday.ca.
Workshop Tracking Form This form will help you keep track of your classroom visits. Print it out and take it to all of your workshops for the teacher or group leader to sign. When the form is complete, send or fax this form, along with the ecoMentors Evaluation Form, and we will send you your ecoMentors Certificate and Reward Package. This form replaces the Teacher and ecoMentors Feedback Forms that you may have been using before.
ecoMentors’ Evaluation The questions in this evaluation will help us to understand how the program has affected ecoMentors, it is also a great way for ecoMentors to think about how they will use their new skills and experiences in the future.
ecoMentors’ Handbook This handbook gives you information on the ecoMentors Program, classroom management, activity guides and popular education resources.
