There can only be one collective submission per club (i.e. one application form, with unlimited supplementary materials (photos, design plans, community newspaper articles, etc.). Entries should be written jointly by club members and their supervisor(s). All applications must be approved and submitted by the supervisors.
  • Application forms must be complete. The description/overview of the response to: " What actions and efforts our school/club has taken to contribute to a healthier environment in their schools, home and community." should be between 500-1,000 words in length. • Entries may be submitted in one of the following ways: filling out an application form online, or contacting Earth Day Canada for a hard copy application form, filling it out and faxing or mailing it in to EDC. Both electronic and hard copy submissions may be accompanied by supplementary materials. Please clearly identify your club on these materials, especially if your materials are supporting an online application. If submitting photographs of your club, please include photo credits and a School Group Photo Submission Form.
  • EDC assumes no responsibility for any entries lost, damaged, misdirected in the mail or not received.
